1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xondry ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Xondry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to post it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the Platform
  • Sell, trade, or transfer your account

5. XP, Points & Rewards

XP (experience points) and Sparks (points) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Xondry reserves the right to adjust, correct, or revoke XP and points at any time. Prize payouts from challenges are subject to separate challenge terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Xondry name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xondry does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xondry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
